My two great nieces(they are 5 and 7) are crazy about Anna and Elsa. I am planning to book fasspasses for them to the meet and greet. Do I need fastpasses only for them or do I need a fasspass for them and an adult to accompany them to meet their idols?

Thanks for your help

Yes the adults will need FPs too, if they want to enter the queue with the kids. They are too young to enter the queue without an adult.

Yep to the above.

If you have problems finding enough all together, remember you can look for smaller groups, even 1 person fp+, for overlapping windows. If you have 3 different a&e fp+ for the following times, for example:

10:00-11:00a
10:10-11:10a
10:20-11:20a

Then all 3 members of that party would have a window from 10:20-11:00am where they could all enter the fp+ line together.

Everybody who is going through the line needs a Fastpass, unless they are below the age of 3, as they don't have a ticket and therefore can't get a Fastpass.
