Does anyone know if you get a fast pass for EE at Animal Kingdom, at 8 or 9 am, how much time until you can use it? We are trying to plan our day, and being a new ride, just wondering if it will be several hours later. Thanks

That soon in the day, they may not even be offering fastpasses yet! EE is a popular ride, but not THAT popular. If I recall from the last visit, we nabbed fastpasses at about 9am (the park opened early at 8am) that had a return time about 30 minutes later. Later in the morning, probably around 10am, we got FPs with an 11am-ish return time.

My advice is to hit EE first, see if there are FPs available. If so, get some and ride in the standby line (it'll still be quite short early in the morning). Keep riding as many times as you can in the standby line, until your FPs are up. Then use the FP to ride once more, then move onto the rest of AK. You'll probably ride it at least 3 times this way, in very short order.

Most of the time, if you get FPs for EE right at opening, your FP return time will me about 40-45 minutes away. So, if the park opens at 9:00, your FPs will usually become valid at 9:40 or 9:45.

We went to EE at opening got FP's rode in standby then walked over to Dinosaur and PW went on both and then walked back to EE and it was time for or FP's. so I guess they were for about 45- 60 minutes later.
