Did everyone read/hear the Farmville podcast? Black Stallion coming out next week, as a mystery animal. New 3x3 Seeder and Harvester for co-op prizes, and a garage for the vehicles. Some of this is future items, not sure when all of it will be released. Some kind of mini games too.

I CANNOT WAIT for a garage! I have my machinery hiding in the palm trees behind my house - they take up so much space and I was tired of looking at them. I really hope they keep the garage very small, like the size of a shed.

And where is this underground storage they told us about in a podcast a few weeks back? I am sick of looking at all my storage buildings as well, lol. (Well, except for the Japanese barn which I think is really cool. All the others can go away!)

From speaking with other FVs, it's a different number for every person. I needed 72, but someone else needed 155 (or something like that). It depends on how many you start with. Someone else told me you need to add 5 neighbors, but I believe I needed to add 11-12. Also, once you get the neighbor count, it will cost you $2M coins, in addition to the neighbors. Or you could always spend the 80FV, like my mom did. Then there are no additional neighbors necessary.

I was able to finally check. I need 66, which is about 14 more than I have. So, I guess it is different for everybody.

I need 120 neighbors and I currently have 110 but I don't think I'm going worry about expansion right now.

I needed 12 more neighbors than I had, and I have been seeking new friends to add. However, I wasn't aware it would also cost $2M coins
I think I have like 1,500,000 so I will have to work to build that up. Even then, do I want to spend $2M at once???

I'm confused Danauk you said you needed 101 neighbors to expand. did I misread? I looked at the FV page and it said I needed 78 neighbors. Is that 78 MORE neighbors I don't think I could keep up with that many neighbors. LOL
So, I'm in the market for FV neighbors. Anyone interested please PM me. thanks.

Everyone needs different amounts of neighbours for the expansion, it depends on how many you already had. I had 90 neighbours and it said I needed to have 101 before my expansion. I got to 98 neighbours though and it allowed me to buy the expansion.

I hope everybody gets to expand their farm. When I logged in this morning after expanding my character was roaming my fields. She had been fenced in forever. Took me a while to realize the center of my farm had changed with the expansion.

Developers intended for everyone to add 5 neighbors to unlock the expansion. For most people, adding 5 will unlock it, no matter what it may say about how many you actually need. Adding 5 worked for me, but my numbers said I needed many more than that.
