FarmVille for DISers

I like the new crops, but only going to plant a few. I have lots of masteries to work on. The new mystery box is ......blah.

I just decided Valentine's Day was officially over and sold my Valentine Box. Time to move on to something new...

You can no longer "ask for love", so I guess Valentine's Box days are over. I have 14 valentines in my box.

I kept getting and sharing and selling the ewe.

Have planted grapes.

I am not really a farmer. I am a housing developer. I have 24 houses.

I have never put my $ into farmville. Just yesterday I was thinking how cute the New Orleans style houses were and I was going to buy them...I went to look for them and they are gone already..oh well! I guess its not meant to be

I don't mind putting in a few dollars. Some people buy coffee everyday, I bought farm cash. I've completed a few of the free offers. Haven't had any issues.

Just joined farmville today...I am way behind you guys :rotfl: I think I'm on level seven and have no neighbors, hopefully I can figure this out so I can move on up and get some things on my farm :thumbsup2

I have lots of neighbors, but having one more won't hurt me. PM me and I'll be glad to help.

It seems no matter how many times I plant acorn squash..I never master it. I feel that I plant and plant and plant and nothing does anyone else have this problem?

I just thought I would post that I will not be growing and planting much over the next 6 weeks.
I have some other projects that need to be done, so I will be shutting down for a few weeks.
I will be back though.
I am not doing anything other than I will not be planting anything.
I will be back after our ABD trip is over. :)

I just found this out (DS told me, of course). If you open the market and go to Acorn Squash, put your cursor on the little line under the picture it shows how many you still need. Actually, it shows how many you have planted, like 100/500. Means that you still need to plant 400 more squares to get that level of mastery.

Cool! I didn't know that either.

Use this chart to show how many harvests you need to master that crop:

http://www.farmviller.com/index.php?title=Crop_Mastery

Acorn squash is 1,500 for level 1...1,500 for level 2 and 7,000 for level 3. You definately have lots of work to do.

I just planted my last crop of tomatoes this morning so I'll get mastery # 22 this afternoon.

You'll find the crops that require LOTS and LOTS of harvesting have a short growth periods while other crops take longer to grow don't require as many harvests. I'm starting pineapples tonight which takes two days instead of the eight hours was spending with these silly tomatoes.
