Farm Town on Facebook...

I have been having that stupid 'scanning your PC' thing almost everyday for the past week or so on FB. Hate it! I just try to log off quickly and that seems to stop it - but what a pain.

On a lighter note - I just hit level 11 (I think), the one where I can get raspberries. On the days when I have the time, I am just going to do raspberries over and over and over so I can get my points up. I have a whole farm full that will be ready in about 30 minutes.

Just wondering - how many crops do you guys have planted? I just re-arranged my crops this morning and I have 192. Rows 2 deep that run the length of the farm. I have no buildings, animals, nothing. Just 3 trees and tons of crops. (Right now I am more concerned with earning points and coins than building an actual farm - that can come later when I can buy all the items I want at the same time.)

Is there a way to make your screen larger so you can see your whole farm instead of having to drag it around the screen? That's so annoying.

F11 will make your screen bigger, you should be able to see your whole farm

But it disables the chat function... that drives me crazy! I have friends visit who think I'm ignoring them.

I hit level 25 this morning!! I can now plant pumpkins!!

Can I upgrade the size of my farm with crops planted? Or do you get a whole new plot of land when you buy bigger?

I am now able to upgrade to a bigger farm, but I accidently planted some stuff that will not be done until tomorrow evening. I would like to upgrade sooner. TIA!

Everything stays the same you'll just get extra room on 2 sides.. the top part and right side dont "expand" just the bottom and left side hope that helps!

OK, now I have way too many crops! Can someone please explain how it works if I want someone to help me harvest? Do I just pick some random person in the Marketplace? Do I still earn money and XP?

I try to hire my freinds but otherwise I go hire someone from the market place. You still get xp points.

I have a few favorite disers I like to hire to help me harvest crops otherwise yes just go to the marketplace and pick someone. You'll get more money by having someone harvest for you but you dont get XP for harvesting (even if you do it) you can also have someone else plow for you, if you hire a friend it costs less than if you hire a stranger in the marketplace and you'll get XP for having them plow.

OK, so I joined the Farmtown DISers group! YAY! I would rather trust DISers to come help me on my farm than strangers.

So, if anyone wants to add me - help a girl out! (I have no idea how the whole adding thing or really anything works on FB! LOL!)

next step is to "friend" other diser's on facebook -then you can add each other as neighbors.

Y'all were talking about viruses a page or so back...

I was reading the FT forums today and they say a lot of people are telling them they are infected with that fake virus alert "malware". They believe that it is NOT FT but FB which is spreading this virus.

If you click to close all boxes that pop up, you should not become infected.
