Farm Town on Facebook...

could someone figure out the profits on the crops? Im currious what 3 are top/

If you go to the forum on Farm Town, there is a poster there who made a spreadsheet that shows what the best return is, how to best use your land and such.

This thread made me look it up, and now I can not stop playing!!! It is even cutting into my DIS time!!!! Thank you and gggrrr to you all for getting me hooked :rotfl:

Both my friend and I are addicted. My computer putzed out and I didn't have it for a day...ugh...I had to have her plow my fields. Would love to have anyone as a neighbor. Please PM me for my info

Ann-- it was great talking to you and working on your farm last night! You have a great place!!!

I enjoyed talking to you too! Imagine, someone who can understand both my Disney AND my Farmtown obsession!!!

And now I find that in addition to the DIS and Farm Town, some of you share my NCIS (OK-Mark Harmon) obsession! :rotfl:

I just got into NCIS maybe last month.. I was too lazy to find the remote and it was on after I was watching something.. Yep I got hooked! Now I have alot of seasons to catch up on which is nice! I'm sick of law and order and csi re-runs since I've seen them all.

Heres a question--i go to the marketplace and just wait for work?

Dh has gotten work that way, I haven't. I dont now if he begged for work or what? I've tried just standing there but usually everyone is begging and I just leave. I've been posting on the farmtown dis page when my crops will be ready tonight I already had 2 ppl at my farm when I got there :thumbsup2

I ended up leaving too--i wasnt going to beg...now i just have my neighbors and I switch :)

Bought a bigger plot last night and rearranged my farm a bit. DH came into the room and asked 'What are you into now??' and was like this :sad2:. :lmao:

Party at Helene's farm last nite. :)

I have gotten a few jobs at the marketplace. I usually just ask if anyone is hiring then go stand over to the side. The whiners never seem to get picked. I had 1 person hire me that had a huge farm of all pumpkins and onions!

Yes DH just shakes his head at me as well. I was trying to explain how it worked to DH and he just went back to reading his book.

now see mine is the reason I started playing FarmTown! :rotfl: I take care of his farm as well. I've been slacking lately with his.. he's a few levels behind me now :rolleyes1

While in the market strike up a conversation - ask people where they are from, what their favorite crop or building is etc. you will be amazed at the results. DO NOT BEG. In the forum rules of etiquette the founders of FT ask players to not beg and to not hire those that do.
Remind the marketplace visitors to use their ignore options. If the room is just full of beggars, return to your farm and then back to a new marketplace and try again.
I have made hundreds of thousand in coin by harvesting for others. I had one job that was the largest plot and it was wall to wall pumpkins! Score!

I have a big harvest ready and need someone to take care of it. I'll be at my farm if interested.

My name on there is phorsenuf.

Thanks!
