Got up this morning and my three pet chickens were in the kitchen (Thank Goodness for Pergo). Lord only knows what kinda trail I left all over the internet... :sad2:

Uh.......ok. Hope today you're feeling better, and I'll disregard all that talk about you and me running away to Tahiti.

OK, I gotta ask ... what do you do with pet chickens? Take them for walks (must be hard finding a little collar and leash)? Teach them tricks?

Oh, and can I have some of your pirins? Mine never do that for me.

Well...yes. They do impersonations -- this one is impersonating a pirate parrot... (I was trying for a piratical snarl; instead -- I ended up looking more like Captain Kangaroo after a 3-month pirins bender)

So they really are pets? :rotfl2:

Sorry, but that is something I would do!

We had pet chickens when I lived in Maine. My father decided to go to a silent auction when he had a head cold. Needless to say, the auctioneer thought him scratching his nose was him bidding and he came home at 11pm that night with a dozen different chickens :rotfl2:

Funny story David.

We're opening up the Maine house next weekend. :cloud9:

I love Maine. I miss it up there.

The funniest part was me waking up at 6 years old to go to the bathroom, and when I turned on the light a rooster started crowing at me :scared:

I had no clue he had brought chickens home, and we didnt have a coop since we didn't plan on having them. The next day we built them a home, but everyone got a wakeup yell that night :lmao:
