FAQs about the parks

Hi all -

Is there a FAQ section about the parks themselves? I think it would be helpful to have a section for such questions. I know I've asked what I'm sure are common questions and a nice member does a cut and paste from somewhere (I don't know where though). It would be great if everyone could easily find this information. A couple of common questions I can think of are:

- how does fastpass work?
- what is photopass? How does it work?
- what is the best place to find park hours?
- how do the dining plans work?

I would be looking that would just state facts - no opinions as I would go to the other boards for opinions.
