I think Peter Pan first seems to be a good idea among a lot of people. And then the next three busiest are Dumbo, Matterhorn and Alice....I'll let you know what we did and how it worked when we get back...

Not usually. It's amazing how few people are around in Fantasyland at EE. You can pretty much walk on to everything. Head to Peter Pan first (which is such a magical way to start the day anyway!) then Dumbo and then just circle around to everything else. After that, head over to Matterhorn (if it's open) or hit Tomorrowland or one of the BIG rides (Indiana Jones, Splash Mtn., Big Thunder Mtn., Space Mtn., or Pirates) if they're open for EE. You might also see if Winnie the Pooh is open, as that line tends to get long later on.
I am also interested in this topic. At WDW, we start with dumbo, since it loads very slowly. And it was DDs favorite for so long, it was the ride to begin with. I will consider switching our order after reading so many posts about starting with Peter Pan.
