I'm heading off on my 12th or so Disney trip in December, but it's only my 2nd with a little one!

We have an 8am ps at the Crystal Palace on our first Magic Kingdom morning - a non EE day in mid December. We plan to head straight to Fantasyland.

We want to do the following things -

-Dumbo
-Pooh
-Peter Pan
-Mickey’s Philharmagic
-Carousel
-Tea Party

Can anyone reccomend the best plan of attack to minimize our wait times?

(1) Have one person get Fast Passes for Peter Pan while the other takes the stroller to Dumbo.
(2) Ride Dumbo. Get 2 elephants and have the person with the camera in the front elephant. It makes for great photos in the air with the castle in the background.
(3) Ride Pooh
(4) Ride Tea-Party
(5) When your FP starts for Pan, get a FP for Mickey’s Philharmagic if there's a wait. If no wait, ride now and FP Pan again or Pooh.
(7) Ride Peter Pan
(6) Ride the Carousel
(8) See Philharmagic if you got a FP

If you want to ride Buzz Lightyear, head to Buzz between 3 and 5. The Tea Party can be left for later.
