Do Barnstormer/Dumbo/Minnie character meets stay open for EMH? I vaguely recall Toontown closing for late EMH...I may not be remembering correctly though.

Dumbo and Barnstormer definitely do - they offered to let us stay on both and re-ride as many times as we wanted when we were there in September!

Both rides stay open. I believe all meet and greets are stopped at regular hours so unlikely Minnie would be available.
