Fantasyland Character Festival - CLOSED???

I just saw another string that says FL Character Festival has been closed for the last month or so. Anyone know if this is a permanent thing, Seasonal???

We're going in December and were really looking forward to seeing the Villians there again!!!

According to MK CMs, it's been closed for at least a month. Most of the Villians have been relocated to other locations (Queen of Hearts to the Mad Tea Party, Jafar to Adventureland, Cruella and Prince John to Town Square). I haven't heard if the Queen from Snow White is still out and about at MK, but even if she isn't, she should still be at MGM.
