How do you go about doing it before hand?? The app doesnt let you do it until you are on the ship.

What are the 3 or 4 other servers you would recommend if we aren't lucky enough to get Sheldon?

I used the 24/7 Chat on the website when it was available. Very quick…the key is finding it available…
