Does anyone know what excursions to book? We want to go swimming with the dolphins but don't want to pay an arm & leg. which island should we do it on?

We have done it twice. ONce with Disney and once on our own. I enjoyed it the most booking on our own. We booked on line and did it in Cozumel. We did it at Chankanaab Park. I really liked it there because the dolphins are swimming in ocean water. And its a huge space. They have different swims to choose from. Also, the park is very nice. We stayed after for 4 hours. We had lunch and drinks on the beach for 3 of us. Cost $40. We rented snorkel gear and snorkeled right off the beach. Lots to see. They have a cove which is good beach for families. There is also a pool, other food choices, a sea loin show, bird, neat walk with ruins. Lots to do. It was easy. We purchase the package that included a vocher for transportation. Easy to do, felt very safe.

so I have a problem, and i was hoping someone could help me. Perhaps you figured out a way on a past cruise. I really REALLY had my heart set on the sting ray excursion at grand cayman for my family however disney will not let me book it for my 4 year old who is 3 months shy of 5 years old. Stingray city says I can (they have no age limit) so I wanted to book directly with them however we are there from 10:30-5:30 and the two time slots they have open for weekdays are 10 am (too late) and 2:30-5:30. Seeing as how 5:30 is the time we are supposed to leave I thought that was cutting it too close. Anyone know how i can book it even though my little one is 4?

I did the sting ray tour on my own with Moby Dick. They were great!!! Smaller group when you book outside of Disney. They meet you right at the port. We did the sting Rays and also a snorkel spot. Another nice thing was there was time at the end so those who chose, which we did, they dropped you off at a beach. We loved it and grab a taxi from there back to the boat. I have found that you have to go with a different tour company then the cruise ship is working with to get a better time. Tip advisor is a great place to check some places out. I have done tours with both Disney and on my own. I like on my own better. The groups are smaller, I felt they work super hard to please you. Also, the night before order P&J sandwhiches and bags of chips to take.

We have booked the Dune Buggy excursion in Cozumel and the Extreme Dolphin Swim/Turtle Farm in Georgetown, Grand Cayman. We really wanted to swim with some dolphins, but we also really wanted to see some sights while in Cozumel. Jamaica was obscenely priced for the dolphin swim.

Since it doesn't look like it has been started, I will organize the FE. Please PM me if you are interested, and I will get a spreadsheet going. I would like to have your cabin number(s) and names and ages. We can get other info later if anyone wants it.
This will be our first cruise as a family and I think my kids (10 and 13) will enjoy joining the FE, is it too late to join in?

We have one final FE available that will be limited to ten cabins. Please pm me if you are interested.

Sounds crazy that I would want to do the castaway 5K because I have a bum knee but I really really want to. I've done several before but about a year and a half ago I messed up my knee and now I am limited. I can walk them but I can't over do it on the walking or I regret it.

that would be great. right now they don't know about the cruise. They find out tomorrow when we go out to celebrate their birthdays!!

Mine wont know until just before we board, Otherwise, it would be a nervewracking next couple of months!!

Hey everyone!

75 Days out! Which means registration day for us first timers! I just picked my arrival time (10:45 - 11 AM) Cannot wait!!!!!

I'm assuming we will get an earlier boarding group after concierge and platinum when we arrive, is that right? I hope they don't make us wait too long, I'm already ready! Can't wait!
