Fantasy Question

We just got back from a 7 night cruise. It was our 3rd cruise on the Disney Cruise line. My question is about the Animators Palate. We have an autistic son who we told he would be able to draw a picture and it would be on a movie on the TV screens in the restauran. We even watched movies on Youtube about it. He was very excited for it and put a lot of thought into his picture before hand. However, his picture never made the movie, matter of fact, nobody in my families picture made the movie. Which is not an easy thing to explain to an autistic child.

Anyway, is this normal? Or did our pictures not make it to the filming room?

Mine didn't make the movie either this past week. Our servers were surprised until I showed them the video of it. They said sometimes the mats get stuck together. Mine had the gold sticker, so there wasn't an issue with my drawing. I would bet there was a server/scanner interface issue at some point, or that things got stuck together. It happens.

All six of ours have always made the show. I'm sorry your son was disappointed like that.

I know this is closing the barn door after the cows come back, but did you happen to ask your server if your mats could be scanned again in another night's show? Like, could you have wrapped up your dinner a little early on that other night, headed down to AP just to watch the show?
