I'm interested in participating in a FE group. This is my 4th cruise but first time participating in FE! Since I'm a newbie, I don't mind helping coordinate/organize. Anyone interested in taking the lead??

The Ryans are booked for the cruise, our third on DCL. We are a family of four, trying out having two rooms this time. It will be myself, DH, DD (16), and DD2 (12). Looking forward to more time in Rainforest Spa! Anyone taking the Bacardi tour?

im going to be booking this cruise tonight I think. My son has his heart set on a cruise and universal trip but with a 7-day I don't think we'll have time. So assuming I can talk him into skipping Universal I'll be booking. I'm going to go ahead and follow so I can keep up

Just booked our first Disney Cruise. Have been on every other line several times. This is the choice of 10 yo Grandson for his "10 year old trip" (he could have chosen anywhere). Will be traveling with my wife, my daughter (14) and the grandson (10). Looking forward to trying out Disney.

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

Hi! Our family is also on this cruise. It will be our 6th cruise, but our first on one of the big boats. We have previously cruised Western Caribbean, Bahamas (twice), Mexican Riviera, and Alaska. We have 2 rooms with DD#1(16), DD#2(13), and friend of DD #1(16) joining us. We are interested in a FE group also. I need to get on the ball and book Palo, etc. it seemed so far away and now it's sneaking up on us. Have a Merry Christmas!

We are scheduled for our cruise in August. Can someone say how the Fantasy is? We have been on the Dream and I have heard that they are pretty alike. Also, does anyone know if they do Character Breakfasts onboard because some sites say yes and some say no?

We've only done the Dream, but will be on the Fantasy for this trip. Based on the WDW site, I'd say the two were very similar...

It feels like we booked this cruise a million years ago.
Now that the Holidays are behind us, it is time to think about ship board activities and shore excursions.

There will be four of us.
My DW, DS-15, and DD-13

We have cruised on DCL before, but it has been 2 years since our last sailing, which was on the Disney Dream

We are looking forward to seeing what the slight differences are on the Disney Fantasy.

This will also be our first cruise with 3 full sea days. I hope that the sea days will be well received by everyone in our party.

I am looking forward to hearing about everyone's plans.
