Fantasy , Jan. 30, 2016 Mechanical trouble

On Day 5, right in the middle of Chocolate and Liquor tasting we heard the first of many announcements. " We have news. We are experiencing mechanical difficulty. Unfortunately, we will not be able to call on Castaway Cay. Now our goal is to arrive on time back at Port Canaveral. We are offering every stateroom $200 additional credit and 20% off any new 3,4 or 7 day cruise.". Not very many HAPPY guests, but the perks were nice. Activities were added, but with so many kids on board,(why weren't they in school?) Public areas were NO fun. We found a few quiet spots, and were really ready to do Express Walk -off!! Only a 30 minute delay!

Just got off of the same cruise! Had an incredible week despite not getting to Castaway Cay! Booked for next year and counting the days until we're back on the ship!

They added another round of tastings some movies and adult trivia sessions.

Yes, some tastings and an afternoon Adult Magic show.

Extra character appearances, palo brunch, free drinks at the evening reception, hot pretzels in the afternoon. Matinee performance of believe. Altogether a better day than the crummy weather day we would have had at CC.
