Hello! Looks like my family will be joining this cruise! We were booked for one in June, but the Air Force decided we should move to San Antonio that month instead! I think it will be the perfect reward for dealing with the stress of moving!

In our group we have me, DH, and our 2 boys ages 10 and 7. This will be my husband and my 4th Disney cruise, and the boys 2nd. But the first time on the Fantasy and on a 7 night for all of us. Can't wait!

Apologies - I have been reticent and not active on the Dis for a while, likely partly because of FB Disgroup...and that brings me to the question - Is everyone here on the FB group and/or do they want to be?

I'm not sure what the usual procedure is. Will there be two groups? Can the people who are not on FB be folded into that group? If there are two groups, is it a FB and a non FB group?

Can anyone fill me in on this so we can go forward with the group? If it is an either/or thing, I will have to bow out of here and humbly ask someone else to take over.

Thoughts from people who have experience here?

How can I find the list?
Usually there is one group. Sometimes the group splits closer to the date if there is a huge number of participants.

I really don't think it is an either/or thing. The last cruise I was on had both a FB group and a DISboards group that had mostly the same people but not exclusively. Both were very active. I didn't participate in the FE but I saw posts about it both on FB and DISboards.

We have the same room we had last cruise 10158. I am thinking about the FE can I wait to join just to be sure? I just bought trip insurance $500. wow. DH has med issues and we have bad luck. We have til the 13th. Once that day passes if we dont cancel we will be with you all.
Anyone have any big shore excursions? I have to say I read the list and nothing really jumps off the page like in Grand Cayman or Costa Maya.

Golden Eagle Catamaran in St. Maarten is a great excursion! We did this one a few years back and had the best time can't wait to go again. As for St. Thomas not sure which excursion we'll be doing yet, but Magens Bay is beautiful if you haven't been.

Hi All,

DH just booked us on this cruise. Actually we're booked on B2B. We were debating whether to do WC or EC cruise with a week at WDW. Then kids piped up that 7 day cruise is too short. We weighed the difference of land/sea vs. B2B and it came out pretty much a wash. We've never been on the new ships so it will be nice to have extra time to explore.

We are myself (Robin), DH (David), DS-9 (Ian), and DD-7 by the time of cruise (Sophia). So excited to be joining the group. Now off to find everyone of FB.

It looks like my family will be on this cruise. Just need our travel agent to confirm later today. It's me, DH, DD (age 14), DD (age 12) and DS (age 8). We did the Western Caribbean last year and loved it. Can't wait to return to my home away from home on the fantasy!
