Fantasy dry dock

This has probably already been discussed, but does anyone know when fantasy goes to dry dock? Or when it will have major changes?

There was a thread on this a day or two ago. There are some unscheduled weeks in late spring 2017 so the guess is that is when the dry dock will occur. Haven't heard anything regarding possible changes.
