Am going on the Fantasy first time cruiser. Planning or doing Remy or Paolo. Which of the regular restaurants should I not miss? It’s only a 4 night cruise so I know if I do specialty I will have to miss one in the rotation. Which ones should I definitely not miss?

Thanks

The Enchanted garden one. It’s starting to look old to me.

I like Animators lots to look at . The other one is Royal Court the fancier one.

I would choose the menu I like the least (RC) to miss.

But, like DCL58 said, skip pirate night if you are going solely by not wanting to miss dining in a restaurant. If the food matters check out the menus.

The lights were working better on our last cruise in January. Thinking they worked on them during the dry dock.

Yeah we were on in Nov . The lights were not working like they were meant to be.

My personal least favorite menu is pirates night, followed by Enchanted Garden. From worst to best in my personal opinion the menus go

  • Pirate night. If you are allergic to shellfish and/or bonefish this menu ain't it. This menu also has what I consider to be the worst MDR steak and the worst MDR vegetarian main courses. The only saving grace is I do think this night's dessert menu is very good
  • Enchanted Garden. Passable, but not special in my books. I personally dislike all the appetizer options. The main dishes are okay to good, but I wouldn't call any of them a standout against the other menus. I also personally find this one to have the worst dessert menu of the four
  • Animators. I love animators menu. The tuna is my favorite MDR fish, the halloumi is my favorite MDR vegetarian dish, and the dessert menu is extremely solid this night.
  • Royal Court. This is the one night where every course has a dish I enjoy, where most nights I either skip the appetizer or soup/salad course. The beef on this menu is my favorite beef from any of the MDR menus, and every single dessert option for this one is great.
