Fantasy Cabana's Carving Station Rotation - Lunch

I know that each day at lunch at Cabana's on the Fantasy their is a carving station. I have seen Prime Rib, Duck Breast, and Corned Beef.

Does anyone know if they follow a standard rotation (Prime Rib on Monday, Duck on Tuesday, ect...) or if it is totally random? If their is a schedule, can anyone please post it?
