Oh we're getting so excited. She's here. I don't see us on the cabin list either. I'm Gail 36, sailing with my mom Florence 67, and my nephew Jakob 8 in cabin 6170. My brother Mark 38, his girlfriend Wendy 41, and my other nephew Jesse 7 are in cabin 6172. First cruise for Mark and Wendy. The rest of us are castaway club members. I love taking the nephews. We have early dining. We've never done FE before. It sounds interesting but im not sure i totally understand. You do 1 gift per person or per cabin? What do people usually give? I will decide quickly and let you know. I think the kids would enjoy it. Also need ideas for things other than shopping or the beach on the islands. Thanks. So excited to cruise again.

12 days until FE lock. Last chance to sign up!

I took a shot at splitting the list. The first time I tried, I did it by just taking every other row on the spreadsheet that was sorted by cabin (this is on sheet 3 - "Every Other Row" of the spreadsheet). It didn't work out too well. The split between kids was uneven. So I tried again with just splitting the list in half - top 15 rows to one set, bottom 15 rows to the other. This came out with a great even distribution and has some other "pros". Take a look at the spreadsheet (click on "Every Other Row" sheet tab at bottom). I think that works really well, and should make delivery much easier as you're not traveling to so many decks.

What do you think?


FE Participation Confirmation Ideas

I guess I'll send a PM to each name on the list to get a confirmation that everyone that signed up is still interested. Any other ideas? (like just ASSUME everyone is still on board?)

We're still in. I think, given a vote, we'd prefer the top-bottom split with the more even distribution.

We are paid in full!!!! We made the final payment today and booked Palo Dinner (1st night was only thing available) and Remy for dinner (first night was available, Day 4 was available, and the last night was available) we booked Remy's for Day 4 in enough time to still make it to the Pirate night festivities. We got our spa treatments booked and our excursions were still available so those got booked as well.

Now it feels real that we are going! I though for sure that something was going to go wrong and that we were going to have to postpone our cruise. But YAY!!!!

well looks like we might have too move our cruise up to april, DW is out in denver with DD she is having some not so good health issues, her first baby is due at beginning of june. So we will be checking to see about move our cruise date to mid april, we have cabin 8510 in case we give it up, if so pm me and will give you info

Hello all,
We are new to this discussion board and would like to be included in your roster. Our DIS name is StJohnsCrew, because we live in St Johns county Florida, which is close to Jacksonville. I'm originally from NYC and my wife is from Bialystok, Poland. Our names are: Matthew - 8/M, Ashley - 10/G, Grazyna - 39/G and John(me) - 50/M. Our stateroom is #5656. I guess we could celebrate Ashley's graduation from elementary school or our kids birthdays, both of them are in June. We have the late dinner seating and the 7 pm show, except for a 6:30 Monday night Palo dinner. I do not think we will be participating in FE, sorry. The family and I are looking forward to this cruise and meeting some new friends. Our first cruise, on the Dream (2/3/11), was to short. We didn't get to enjoy everything the ship had to offer. Now, we can relax and take our time. We might even take in a movie. Thanks.

We've had this cruise booked for some time, but just joined disboards. For our cabin it is myself (Scott), my wife Mindy, and our 1 year old daughter Norah. We have been on a lot of cruises, but this will be our first Disney cruise. In fact this will be Norah's 4th cruise!!! We be all the way aft in cabin 9674 and love watching the wake as we sail out. Along with us will be my parents and brother's family. Looking forward to an amazing trip!

Hello again Cruisers!! Sorry I've been off for awhile, but I have been trying to keep up with what is going on through email. I am going to step away from the FE. I was listed as a maybe - I believe - but I just don't have enough time and creativity to come up with awesome FE's.

The MS gulf coast was a second home to me while growing up! My parents even moved to Ocean Springs when they first retired. When they still lived there & we drove to Disney, they would be our "half-way-point" stop to spend the night.
