Ok, so waited 2.5 hours in the phone today to change my reservation from 2021 to 2022. Anyways...the cast member suggested aft room 9672 with the larger veranda. I’ve read the 3 reviews and am a little concerned. Anyone have pic is that room or can talk me off this ledge? I can’t believe how many rooms have already been booked and want to change ASAP if eopkecferl I should opt out of this room.

I like the aft 4E extended veranda, but they do have their issues. Often vibrations, especially when docking. Soot in the mornings (Room host will clean). Maybe more movement than mid. But we enjoy the larger verandas so we still book that category. Btw, 5E is now part of 4E starting cruises in 2022. If you wanted the larger veranda, you can book deck 5 forward. They are the same price now as the aft formerly known as 5E

one can hope. I was on the fantasy January 2020 5E. I’ve gotten use to it myself. It was very windy and the ship rocked for 3 straight days. So was too busy holding on To notice the vibration.

I have been in the cabins next to it 9674/9174... I prefer those two as they are right in the middle but generally speaking, love those AFT cabins on the Dream/Fantasy - other than vibrations as mentioned before...

I've stayed in 8188, 8682, 10658. The last two are the corner rooms with 8682 probably the closest of the 2. You might enjoy my review here. Aft is a lovely part of the ship, especially for adults with the entertainment district right below it or Palo above it.

I hear that the issue originated from one of its propulsion motors. Fingers crossed it helps.
