FANTASTIC Time At HRH & Both Parks!

We arrived at HRH on 2/27 and had a beautiful room and wonderful service. When we went to the desk to buy our 1 Park/1 Day ticket the next day the gentlemen at the desk told us that we would get 2 Park/1 Day tickets for something like $66 per ticket or so. We took it!

From the first person we met at the gate at USF to the lost and found employee that called my dh's phone the next day saying that they had located my cell phone at the park everything was top of the line.

Speaking of lines...they were non-existant and we had the BEST time. My mom went with us and it was her first time at Universal...she's hooked. Especially on The Mummy. Priceless experience with her on that!

That's because they are Guest Services coordinators. GS coordinators rotate from the Guest Services "will call" window, to the GS lobby, and also Lost and Found. They also work both parks equally.

if you find you have exceptional service with an employee at UO, i suggest you send an email to guestservices to compliment that employee to their supervisors.

i did that last year when a wonderful employee found my sun glasses.
those people in lost and found are super stars !
