Our yellow luggage tags arrived about 4 days prior to our trip. We put them on the bags, but my dh packed the travel voucher in the suitcase! Duh! I was a little miffed with him, but when we arrived, I found the "big hands" people and they told me everything would be fine! They directed us downstairs, and we walked right up to an agent, who printed up new vouchers for us and told me not to be mad at my Dh 
We were directed to the line for the All Stars and had to wait about 10 minutes for a bus. Once on the bus, the trip went fast. They didn't play a movie, but the kids were so excited and chatty that the time flew by.
Once at ASmo, we went to Chef Mickey's for dinner, then to the MK, and returned to our rooms (and our luggage!!!) around 11 pm.
Returning back to MCO was just as easy. We waited outside with our luggage (we flew SW) and the ME driver was 10 minutes earlier than our scheduled departure time. He was VERY friendly and got us all packed up on the bus fast. We saw a video this time around, and the trip to the airport was uneventful and fast!
All in all, a great service and we'd use it again!
