Fantastic Experience at California Grill

Over Easter break, a friend of mine and I had a monorail bar crawl evening. Our first stop was at the Cali Grill check-in desk at about 6:30 pm, where we asked if there was room at the bar to have a glass of wine. We were taken up in the elevator. The lounge was empty and we had our choice of tables. We were met by the nicest server named Rachael who offered us samples of some wines before we made our choices. We were having such a good time at CG that we decided to stay and have a light dinner. Rachael recommended the crispy rock shrimp salad, which was delicious and perfect with our wine. We ended up staying so long that we didn't finish the bar crawl and instead opted to come back to the CG in time for fireworks. We showed our dinner receipt at the podium, and were taken up to the bar, where we spoke to the bartender for quite a while (can't remember his name, but he was awesome). We watched Wishes from the observation deck with a glass of wine. It was a perfect evening!

Daisy, you will love it! On of my best memories from WDW. Haven't done it since our wedding trip because now we have the grands with us and that is too late for their dinner, but I hope you have a wonderful time! Get a window seat!
