No. They are still using the 2017 verison at DL. There will be a new version at WDW opening in November though, though the changes have not been detailed yet.

Actually if you google changes to Fantasmic you will find multiple people state there are VERY MINOR changes to the music and a few areas , but nothing that the casual visitor would notice.
In fact I didn't notice anything really but only started seeing Fantasmic the last 6 or 7 years as well.

The projections are noticeably nicer than in 2020 such as Tom Sawyer Island being more colorful in parts of the show but it's not something a casual visitor would notice.

One thing is that the show is very very inconsistent with the effects right now. From my experience, over 50% of the time, there will something missing that will be noticeable to a frequent visitor whether it is a missing float in the princess segment, missing fire effects or fountains being completely out of commission.
