Can someone tell me what is the best way to see the Fantasmic show? We are going in December so hopefully the queues won't be too big. On the other hand if they are is it worth booking one of the meals prior to the show? Two adults one John aged 6. :confused3

We have nearly always done the Fantasmic dinner package the seats in the far 2 or 3 sections are reserved for this. We did queue once and it was tiring/boring, we got seats in the centre section. Not sure it was any better with all the queuing though :)

Ive never had a problem getting into Fantasmic, even when I got there shortly before it started. The arena is HUGE so I wouldnt worry. Best thing to do is get there well before the show starts so you get a good seat, there are entertainers to keep the kids happy during the wait.

When we went last year in july we got in ok about 45 minutes before the show mind you it started to rain and the show was canceld due to lightning. We're going begining of december and have booked 50's prime time for 4 '0' clock fantasmic is on at 7 that night so hopefully we will have enough time to get to the show.

We did the fantasmic package in May, had a lovely meal at Mama Melrose.
I bought the package because i really really wanted to see the show after great reviews and I was worried if we hadn't bought the package we would have been left outside!! There was no other way to fit it in again during our trip so thought the package was the best idea.

HOWEVER I should'nt have worried, even five minutes before the show started there were still several seats left.
If I were you I would arrive at least 1/2 hour before show time (more if during peak season), grab a drink and something to eat and soak up the atmopsphere.

It is a FANTASMIC show, def not to be missed.
Have a great time

We did Fantasmic last December and had no problem getting good seats. We got there about an hour before the show, grabbed some food from the counter service outlet near the entrance and sat and ate it while we waited fo rthe show to start.

One tip - wear something warm!! The metal bleachers (benches) can get cold in December and the cold water spray coming from the show is also very chilly :)

We've been a few times in Dec and we've never had a problem getting a good seat. We get there around 20 minutes before it starts. Unless you want to eat at one of the places that's included in the package I wouldn't bother!
