I was considering making adr with my dp at mama melrose for fantasmic and was wondering... is it really a nightmare when the shows ends to get out of the park and get a bus.

There are usually a lot of people exiting Fantasmic and it can get a bit crowded. Sometimes we grab a bench or find an open shop to browse through until the crowds thin out a little. It's really no more of a nightmare than leaving any other park at closing. Just prepare yourself before and you'll be ok.

That's really it. If you want to leave the park within 15-25 minutes after the show, then be prepared for a full frontal assault, but if avoiding the crowd is a priority, then just hang back for a half hour after the show and then leisurely stroll out of the park.

OR sit in the back and exit right before the end of Fantasmic. I had seen the show previously so I knew when the end was coming. We sat in the 3rd to last row and got out quickly toward the very end of the show. We got out and on a bus with no problem at all.
