Which of the MGM Restaurants are included in the Fantasmic preferred seating?

Am I dreaming if I think I can call tomorrow(MONDAY 8/19) for a PS reservation for THURSDAY 8/22?

Can someone briefly expalin what this is all about, and the timing of it. What I mean is what time would I have to eat by and what time would I need to be at the show? Is there an extra fee or minimum purchase requirement? I have forgotten all of this as I haven't been to MGM in years, pre-Fantasmic.

We're going in September and last year we were able to get a priority seating FDP at Hollywood and Vine without any problems. And, the seats you get are pretty darn good without the long wait and line that the normal cattle have to endure.
