Fantasmic Pkg. at last minute???

I've had a difficult enough time getting my father (taking my parents to WDW this summer) to agree to planning 3 meals when we're in WDW in a few months. I absolutely KNOW that he can't/won't agree to making a Fantasmic dinner pkg. ressie also. What are the chances that we would get a dinner pkg. for 4 that day or - if we're lucky - with a few days notice?

Just wondering. I've seen Fantasmic, but think my Mom & Dad would really enjoy it and don't want them having to wait in a 2 hr. line.

Getting last minute PS for the package.Seems like more and more folks are doing package to avoid the long ques.That said depending on day of week and where you want to dine at you could be lucky and snag a PS.Good luck and you and family have a great vacation at WDW.

We were there in November, and I forgot to add the package to our dinner at H&V. DH checked us in, and didn't know that I forgot to add it, and when he checked in he asked about it. CM said it wasn't on our ressie, but she could add it for us and did. So, it worked out for us. I think it may depend on when you go.

Thanks for your replies!! I'm having my parents over on the 4th - may turn it into a "vacation planning meeting" (my Dad hates that!! . ) Maybe we can pick a night we'll def. want to be there. We're planning a visit to Kennedy Space Center for one day & may even drive to Clearwater to see my old house - so don't want to have too many "have to's" involved.

Thanks again for your help. I'm sure the great CM's at WDW will be able to do something - it will be my parents 44th anniversary at that time!! It's hard for me to imagine being w/the same person that long - I couldn't make it past 5
