How soon after Fantasmic times are confirmed do they open up the dining packages? I am looking in March 2016.

No, they are not. I called Disney Dining last night and also keep checking online. You can make reservations through the end of February, but nothing is opened up in March. That is why I asked

Well, the Calendar for March 2016 is not blacked out, but they don't have any tables available, must be getting close.
