Fantasmic package seating--now front rows?

I heard that instead of being the the sections to the far right, the reserved seating you get with the Fantasmic dining package is now the first 5 front rows of the 3 or 4 sections over to that side? True?

We were just at the show on 6/5. The preferred dining seating is still the far right section. The CM's were encouraging everyone to sit closer to the front and to the far left in that section. Be aware we were in the 3rd row and we got pretty wet.

I am not sure if they have changed the assigned seating but according to info on this thread you should be able to sit in any open seat.

thanks for the replies---so far, sounds like a rumor. Anyone been to F! recently and had the seating be like this?

When we walked into F 1 hour early (with our package tickets) this is what we saw. This was on 6/2. We were with 2 wheelchairs so we were in the last row in the section all the way to the right and that is where they were filling in the F package people. There was a rope dividing it from the rest of the theater.

We attended the show last week on the dining package. The cast members were sitting everyone on the package to the far right. Also please be aware that if you don't show up at least 30 min ahead of the show you might have to stand up. I heard many people with the package being told that due to a full theater they would have to stand for the whole show. When they complained they were told without the package they would not be admitted to the show at all.
