Fantasmic Package in late December?

I have tried to book a Fantasmic package for December 29th but I was told that the latest they could find a table was 4.30pm for the 6.30 show. The person on the phone told me that during holiday season there's only 1 Fantasmic show at 6.30 ?? I found it weird because on all Disney sites including the official one it says 3 shows a night, last one around 10pm. Does anyone have info about this?

The Fantasmic dinner package is only good for the first show of the night.

You will usually not need a dinner package to enter any second (or third) Fantasmic! show.
Only the first (or only) shows of an evening are generally full.
