Fantasmic Package at Brown Derby- limited menu?

Is this a limited menu or do you choose from the full menu. I know it is ltd. at Mama Melrose but not sure about Brown Derby.

Also- what do you get- appetizer, entree and dessert?

I have ADR's at the Brown Derby (Fantasmic pkg) and wonder as well......

mind you we are also on the dining plan, if that makes any difference

We did this in April. There is no "smaller" menu -- you get to order an appetizer, entree, and dessert for each person from the regular menu. It was a great dinner! Enjoy!
