Fantasmic or HEA?

Short trip so we really only have time for one. We will be at the studios that day, but have park hoppers. TIA

I would choose HEA as Fantasmic is not a favorite for me. Though there are great reviews on the Star Wars Firework - but I haven't seen those yet.

I haven't seen HEA yet, but I love Fantasmic. If you opt to see Fantasmic, you can probably also see the Star Wars fireworks. I would probably do Fantasmic since you're already in that park that day.

HEA, Definitely. F! Is very outdated compared to HEA, IMO.

If you stayed in HS and wanted to see SW fireworks, you would have to leave F! early and hoof it and try to squeeze in a space as they start. The cms direct traffic toward the exit so I don't know how close you would be.

We saw F! a few months ago, left early (as the big boat started coming with all the characters) and made it to the fireworks right as they started. We weren't staying for them that night so we left but you could see some from in front of the exit. Nowhere near as great as the view from the SW dessert party! That whole experience was awesome.

I love Fantasmic but just saw HEA for the first time this weekend and have to agree with everyone else that it's a must do! (And if you've never seen HEA before - then it's a no brainer).
