Fantasmic lunch????

I tried for weeks to get the Fantasmic Dinner package for December 2 with no luck. They added a Fantasmic lunch for that day So.....my question is....with the dinner you get an appetizer, do you get that with the lunch also? I am just so happy to get the lunch, so no complaints from me!!!

I know!! Neither have I in all the years that I have been going so I was super excited to have this option. It is a Fantasmic Lunch because I had to give my credit card # when I booked it and even called a different CM to make sure that this was true. I'm curious to know if the lunch is the same way as the dinner.

OK, I found out the answer on this. I also made the CM get me the right answer as she was telling me that an appetizer was not included with the Fanstasmic Dinner. I asked her to please ask her supervisor because she was wrong. She came back on the line and said she learned something new....yes the appetizer was included in the lunch as well. I hate when you know more than the CM's. Why should we keep calling back to get someone who actually is knowledgeable? Anyways....hope this helps someone else too!

Thanks for the tip. I just picked up a lunch package for 12/2 at the Brown Derby for my party of 8!

I had not booked the package because I was concerned about what would happen if it rained. Does anyone know if the $10 cancellation fee is $10 per person, or $10 per reservation?

I was told $10 per person. But you could still eat there even if the show did not go off due to rain . . .

So for clarification, you eat lunch there and then get a ticket to reserved seating for the 6:30pm fantasmic show just like everyone else who is doing the dinner package? SO strange! How did you find out about this?

I have never heard of the lunch package... that's interesting. I wonder if this is something they just started. I am actually doing the dinner pkg this Friday. When I initially made the reservation in the summer, Fantasmic was not even on the scedule for 11/13, so we just made a ADR for The Brown Derby. Theyjust recently added shows, and I was surprised to be able to make an entirely new ADR and snag a dinner pkg! I just hope it doesn't rain... but like mentioned above, at least we can still enjoy our meal regardless.

I called on Friday to see if there were any cancellations for the fantasmic package on Dec. 2 for dinner and she said no but that there was a lunch at 1:20 for the fantasmic!! I took it!! She said it was just added. Don't know if they are just doing it on certain days but I would check when trying to get the fantasmic. Yes, it is for the 6:30 show, not the second show. Hope everyone has some pixie dust.

I booked a fantasmic package today using IPO service for Brown Derby on 12/22 at 3:20. I asked for the latest time possible thinking it would be an early dinner but maybe I should ask for an earlier time and have it be a true lunch. I was actually surprised to get anything because I thought these sell out quickly and she said the club level concierge service has less pull now for some reason. Mama Melrose was also available but I want grapefruit cake! Price quoted for 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 10) was $162.92. Is this the same price as dinner? Still unsure if the menu is limited or can you order anything?

I just called because I am trying to book a fantasmic seating on April 20th. They are booked. I asked if they do any lunch packages and was told that they only offer the lunch if the show is playing at 6:30. Don't know how accurate that is. What are the chances of getting the show. We only have a party of 2.

Just got home from WDW and we just did the Fantasmic dinner pkg this past Friday nightat the Brown Derby. If that price is what they quoted you for lunch, then it pretty much the same as what we paid for dinner for 2A/2C. (We had two drinks and it came to $182 and some change.) We were also able to order anything (1 of each... app/entree/dessert) off of the menu, so I am guessing lunch would be the same deal.
