Fantasmic!/HS on April 21st

Hello,

When the hours first came out for April Easy WDW predicted that the original 8 o'clock closing time for HS would be pushed out to accommodate an 8:30 Fantasmic! showing. Since then, however, many hours have been extended for all 4 parks, but this day in particular for HS did not get extended.

Based on past trends, should I hold out hope that they will extend those hours or does it look like we are SOL for that day and I should change out HS visit to another day?

Yes, but...how can there be an 8:30 showing if it's scheduled to close at 8 per the official website? Will I be able to make FP+ reservations if this does not change to reflect the correct closing time?





Also, does anyone know how far in advance they usually let the public know if they're keeping a nighttime event like the SW fireworks?

Fantasmic @ 8:30, 30 minutes after park close, is a standard scheduling. It's to give guests full advantage of park hours and they end their day with the show.

Book the FP when you are in the park for your 4th or 5th FP of the day. And actually, FPs are seldom needed for the 2nd Fant of the night.
