Fantasmic for January not in system yet?

I called to try and book a fantasmic package at Hollywood and Vine for January 7th and they said its not in their system yet. I am within my 90+10, and I scheduled everything else but this. Is everyone else having this problem or did anyone get to book a Fantasmic package for the begining of January?

I just did this morning for the same date (Brown Derby, but H&V was an option.) You should probably call back.

Hmmmm.... I've called 3 seperate times and all 3 times I was told it wasn't in the system yet. I sure hope I can get it!

We booked one this morning for January 3rd. January 7th was our backup option, but we didn't need it. Good luck getting someone who can help!
