Fantasmic! during EMH?

I noticed that on one night of our trip (October), Hollywood Studios has EMH from 7-9 pm and Famtasmic! is showing at 7:30. Does this mean that Famtasmic! will only be open to resort guests on that night? If so, will it be less crowded than usual?
