Fantasmic Dinners

I really want to do the Fantasmic dinner package but am traveling with a child (10 yo) who does not eat what any of the menus list. What are my options? Can they order something besides what is on the menu?

Casey at Disneyland Daily said that although you'll still pay full price, you can order from the regular menu at the Hungry Bear. I will be traveling with DS during November and booked Hungry Bear just so he can order something basic that he will like, probably burger and fries.

My son always orders pasta with butter & parmesan at BB. Of course pasta is on the menu there, so he’s not asking for a huge change. They’ll normally do their best to accommodate kids if they’ve got the food in the kitchen.
