Fantasmic Dinner ?

Hello-for those of you who have eaten at Brown Derby or Mama Melrose, do they give you a seperate menu for the Fantasmic dinner package or can you order right of the regular menu?

I asked a CM that question for the brown derby when I booked yesterday and she told me you order from the regular menu

We ate at Mama Melrose last year and at that time they had a special menu to choose from. I don't remember it being a problem finding something for any of us eating, and my meal was VERY good. Must do for seeing the show...makes it SOOO much nicer!

IIRC, at BD and MM you are limited to what you can order. Items are off the regular menu but you can only order certain ones because it is a fixed price dinner.

We were just there before Easter and did Fantasmic Dinner package at HBD. You were allowed to order one appetizer, one entre and one dessert. It could be anything off the menu. As far as I could tell, it was their regular menu. IMHO, this helps to make the package at HBD a good value if you were interested in dining there anyways.

We have done the dinner package at MM a couple times and havent had any restrictions.

We were told we would get the mixed field greens salad(which we didnt like the first time) and were able to substitute the Caeser. Thats served family style. You are then given 1 flat bread for every 4 people in your party, your choice of any kind on the regular menu. Everyone got their choice of 1 entree off the regular menu, and then a choice of dessert. Once we were given a choice of cheesecake or tiramisu, and once we could have anything(I guess there was that 1 restriction one time).

I dont know if things have chagned but we did it this way in 7/04 and 8/03. We have also done the dinner package at MM in 00, 01, and 02, but that was before they changed it to a fix price.
