Fantasmic dinner pkg. extending times??

Called last week for Fantasmic dinner pkg PS and they only had one or two time slots open for all restaurants combined. We will be there the week following easter beginning with Good Friday. Was wondering if they will be opening those slots up a little bit as we get closer to Easter. CM said there was only one hour at each Restaurant. Does this sound right? Thanks for any info.
