You have to call 1-407-WDW-DINE and make a priority seating [PS] request, now called advance dining reservation [ADR] for the date and restaurant you want. If you don't know the participating reastaurants are
1. Hollywood & Vine
2. The Brown Derby
3. Mama Melrose

I have always done the Fantasmic Dinner package and its the best thing going. I usually do Hollywood and Vine its a great buffet. If you have kids it could be quick and a nice dessert area.

I did this 2 years ago. And recommend it again. Fantasmic is my favorite.
I've heard that 50's Prime time gets on the package, when you call GR, ask them if 50's is participating-- I think it's a hit & miss with them. We did H&V-- I thought the food was good & it was better for your buck-- espcecially if you have those that love to eat!
when we were done & it was time for us to do fantasmic, we got there pretty early-- if you have little ones, bring something for them to entertain themselves- mine has ADHD & it was our 1st day there & his 1st trip & he was bouncing all over the place. We got great seats too!!

word of caution, if you sit in the very front row-- look over the railing, if you're where the fire shooters are, it may get kinda hot in that row. we sat back about 5-6 rows & were great. it's stadium seating so you won't miss a thing!

We were thinking of doing this but I was wondering where the seats are?? Are they close to the front or in the back?? Are they good seats?

where we sat was to the entire middle right side. it's roped off for those on the package. the cost (unless it's changed) is what you would pay for dinner.
