Fantasmic dinner package

We have the DDP and were thinking about doing the Fantasmic dinner show? Should we and if we do which restaurant do you recommend? We have been to Disney twice before, but have never seen Fantasmic.

Fantasmic is a great show, very different from the fireworks at MK and Epcot. We love the atmosphere at Sci-fi. Haven't beed to any other TS places in the Studios. If you don't do the dinner package, be prepared to get a Fantasmic seat at least an hour before the show!

You must see Fantasmic, it is one of the best shows on Disney property, however, skip the dinner package, there are plenty of seats available and the ones in the dinner package arte off to the extreme right side of the show area.

I'm thinking of also doing the Fantasmix Dinner Package b/c I have heard that it's worth it in 2008 due to the fact that you recieve an appetizer w/ your dinner. Even with the 2008 DDP changes.

We always do the Fantasmic dining package...eating at the Hollywood & Vine. It is the least expensive option, and it is a very good buffet. Remember I said, buffet...not gourmet.

Even though, the seats are off to the right of the stadium...they are good seats and I like not having to line up for the show. I walk through the designated gate about 30 minutes before show time, and have always been happy with my seating. Don't miss Fantasmic...it is one of the best things that Disney World has to offer!
