What are the rest. that participate in the Fantasmic Dinner Package & which would you recommend? :confused3 We usually just do a counter service there, but we have never seen Fantasmic & I am thinking our children (will be 5 & 6) will be ready to enjoy it this next trip. Any thought would be greatly appreciated!

The rests. that participate and have a Fantasmic Package are Mama Melrose 1 TS, Hollywood and Vine 1 TS and Hollywood Brown Derby 2 TS. We have eaten at both Hollywood and Vine and Mama Melrose and we personally will not return to Hollywood and Vine. Mama Melrose was ok food however the service was terrible when we visited in 2006. We are going to have our Fantasmic Package at Hollywood Brown Derby in April of 2008. I hope you enjoy your meal whatever you choose.:)

WE have been to all three. My teenage boys want to return to Hollywood and Vine. They seem to want to do all buffets, go figure. I love the Brown Derby, but it really isn't worth the 2 credits when you have small kids. Mama's was good, I enjoyed the food. I was not impressed by the service. Honestly, for your family I would try H& V. You will definitely find something for your girls to eat.

I agree with this poster. H & V isn't great food, but its good and really comfortable for families. My 6yo nephew ate pretty well, really enjoyed the kids activity sheet and was able to relax, spread out and just be comfortable. That alone is was worth it to me. I enjoyed my meal. We made orange floats (Brenda our server was wonderful).

I wouldn't spend 2TS for the Fantasmic seating privledge and I have not been to Mama Melrose, but the menu didn't pull me. H&V will have a kids section, so your children will probably find something to eat.

We did the Hollywood & Vine package but 2.5 years ago now! We enjoyed it. Not the best buffet I've ever been to, but really good for a park. Everything was plentiful and refilled often and the service was great.

Can't beat getting ushered in to the Fantasmic show through the back door to reserved seats!
