Fantasmic Dinner Package question

I am going to WDW in November 07 what are the times they allow you to book for the brown derby dinner package? Does anyone recommend this restaurant?
Do you get to order off the menu or is there a different menu?

Please HELP!

You can book any times that are available up to 2 hours before the show so if the show is at 8:00p then the latest time you can book an ADR is 6:00p.

At all restaurants under the package you can now eat anything off the regular menu.
