Fantasmic Dinner Package on NYE!

I read some where that they don't offer FDP the week of Christmas thru New Years! Is this true? I was hoping to get it for NYE!!!!!

We made PS at Brown Derby at exactly 90 days last year(thye will ask for a credit card to secure these because it is a holiday-you can cancel 48 hours before without a penalty). We got them for 8:30 pm no problem and then we went to the last (third of the night) showing of Fantasmic. We got in line about 45 minutes before they start general seating and had no problem getting seats. We then got a snack, took boat back to Swan just in time to watch 11:45 Fantasy in the Sky fireworks from our 11th floor room....much better than fighting the crowds out of MGM after mid-nite!
