Is Fantasmic Dinner package still being offered? And can DDE discount be used?

Fantasmic Dinner Package IS still being offered (best seatings are usually available 30 days out) and my understanding is that you cannot use DDE with it.

Officially you cannot and they will tell you that if you ask but a few DISers have reported success in getting the discount, so my advice is to ask your server.
