Fantasmic Dinner Late December

OK ,Disney has extended the dinner show deal thru 12/31. I called to make a res for 12/24 so I could attend the 8:30 show, which is posted on the Disney web site.
CR only shows dinner res for the 6:30 show. Called back again to double check same answer.

Any thoughts or comments, I don't really want to eat at
4 :30 or see the 6:30 show

i believe this is correct, i just called and made ressies for christmas day and was told 6:30 show only, but could make dinner ressies for before or after the show - except they only had the restaurant we wanted for before so we are eating at 4:00, which honestly isn't bad, we did this last year and if you eat a late breakfast/early lunch 4:00 is a good time to have dinner. Anyway, in case anyone is interested I also questioned what would happen if the park closed due to capacity and we hadn't arrived yet and the cm said - and she also double checked to make sure - that as long as we had a ps ressie number we would be allowed in even if it had already closed due to reaching full capacity.

also - maybe you would want to reconsider about 6:30 show because you could then do osborne lights - hopefully while lots of others are at the 8:30 fantasmic show so maybe would be a little less crowded?
